These Cerebral Palsy awareness necklaces have round silver rings with a green ribbon hanging in the center and the words "Cerebral Palsy Awareness" around the outside on a snake chain that has a lobster clasp. The necklace chains are approximately 17 inches long and the charms are approximately 3/4 inch in diameter. Each sterling silver plated necklace comes in a bag.
