These Parkinson's disease awareness adjustable bracelets have a sterling silver plated rope with a gray colored string around it. A beautiful feature of these bracelets is the two heart accent pieces on both sides of the silver rope. Each bracelet also has a gray ribbon charm as well as a silver heart charm that says "Parkinson's Awareness" and a small silver heart charm at the clasp.
