Returns & Exchanges
All products (except custom and close out items) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as all items are contained in the original pack. Example: you order one pack of 12 bracelets all 12 bracelets must be in the pack to be returned and in its original packing (each bracelet must be sealed in its original poly bag). We do not accept jewelry returns if the jewelry has tarnished. All of our jewelry is sterling silver plated and does not contain any lead or nickel. Tarnishing is a natural occurrence that will occur within 3-6 months. Any silver polish in the grocery store will polish the silver to new. Items for return or exchange must arrive in their original condition. For any item that is exchanged or returned, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to ship the new product to them or return the product. Please allow 5-7 days after we receive the return for the credit to appear on your credit card.
In the event that merchandise is returned that was ordered with free shipping -- if the order is $20.00 or less we will deduct $5.00 for shipping from the refunded amount. If the order is over $20.00 we will deduct $8.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) from the refunded amount. In the even the customer refuses the package at the time the provider is delivering it, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs that we incurred to ship the item out.
For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking information, delivery confirmation, or signature-required delivery for breakable and high value returns, and that you insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed.
We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip(s) or is not returned within 30 days of the date it was ordered. You can return the merchandise to:
