These coronavirus COVID-19 ribbon key chains have pretty silver heart charms with a red and yellow ribbon and reads,  "COVID-19 Awareness" on a horseshoe style key ring. The key rings are approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter and the charms are approximately 5/8 inch by 5/8 inch.
