Our bracelets are made of two exquisite silver bars and a string of silver beads that are partially beaded. There is a sizable periwinkle ribbon charm on the bracelets. These lovely charm bracelets make wonderful presents to raise awareness of esophageal cancer. The charm is approximately 3/4 inches tall by 1/2 inch wide and is silver-plated. The elastic and toggle clasp on the 7 1/2-inch bracelets allow them to extend to accommodate wrists of almost any size.
